“I am excited to present a selection of courses for home workouts. I  have developed three online courses for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. These online courses are perfect for anyone who wishes to work out in the privacy of their own home, at their chosen time.”

Included in the course are practical videos of each exercise, measurement log and dietary hint and tips on the course. In addition each subscriber will have access to my private Facebook group to share their experiences with me and other group members – so you have the benefit of a step by step visual instruction, one to one and group support.

Beginners

The Beginners Course: 4 Week Course

This course is designed for anyone who wishes to work out in the privacy of their own home instead of the crowded busy gym. It is designed for a beginners to exercise or if returning  after a period of time.
The one to one private Facebook group is a great motivation and you have direct contact with me for advice, hints & tips.

Intermediate

The Intermediate Course: 6 Week Course

This course is designed ideally for people who are stepping up from the Beginners Course, time restricted or wanting to include an additional workout programme. These classes are broken up into two 3 week blocks. They are challenging but very achievable, you will notice a marked difference in tone, strength and overall fitness

Advanced

The Advanced Home Course: 6 Week Course

This course is designed for people who are advanced in their workout programme and prefer a home environment. This course can also be included as an additional course with their other workout activities. This course is broken up into two 3 week blocks, you will really see a significant difference in tone, strength and overall fitness.
