This class is a mixture of cardio, resistance and body weight training. It will be a full body workout completed in 45mins. It is suitable for any fitness level or experience as you are guided at a pace that suits you this will ensure that the workout is beneficial, safe and above all fun.

You do not need any fitness level or experience as you take it at your own pace choosing
your own dumbbell weight or an easier alternative can be giving.

70‘s, 80’s, & 90’s DANCE

This is a super fun class for all ages and levels cardio based exercise to your favourite dance tunes from the best decades, “Jane Fonda” style. Experience great movement to the hits of the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s a challenging workout but with movement to the music.It is one of our most enjoyable and in-demand classes. Then we finish with some ab work.

TEEN FITNESS

Teenage Light Weight Training and Instruction. Kelly will teach the correct way to introduce light weight training in a safe and effective programme. Included in the course is guidance with nutrition and why it is important for developing bodies to achieve the right balance of fats, carbs and protein

ONE TO ONE

This is a private session tailored to your abilities, needs and goals. If your goal is to improve upper body strength, I will make sure we work on this specialised training to suit you.
The gym is private and no other people are present. This ensures maximum focus and complete privacy. A smaller group of two’s or three’s, can be accommodated for these private sessions.
